Come to the record fair at the loudspeaker factory on 11 March

The Record Fair is a day dedicated to music. You'll find the album you've always wanted. There are plenty of bargains to be had, but you'll also experience a rare sight in today's Denmark: people with time on their hands. This is our 5th record fair and we're looking forward to it.
The record fair at the Loudspeaker Factory is not just vinyl records as far as the eye can see.
There are also lectures on music. And there are books.
There is live music and fun in the café.
Experts talk about turntables and speakers in a language everyone understands. This time we've even added two posts on music from your phone.
Too many people use their phone's settings incorrectly (resulting in terrible sound quality), and we want to do something about it.
There will be plenty of time for questions, so come along on March 11 from 10:00 to 16:00 for a day of music.
Admission is free and there are plenty of free parking spaces

50 meters with plates

25 record shops take over the Loudspeaker Factory's warehouse with thousands of albums. Placed on 50-meter-long tables, the records are the center of a day of music.

Join us for a lecture on music

Author Jan Poulsen will be on hand throughout the record fair to share his musical anecdotes from his encounters with David Bowie, Dizzy Mizz Lizzy and a host of other big names.
Jan Poulsen is giving one of his beloved lectures (keep an eye on the program). This time it's about punk, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary in Denmark. Expect a lively and personal story, spiced up with examples from the world of music.

Listen to live music

The record fair has a tradition of showcasing young, emerging musical talent and this time is no exception. Julie Ellinor is a singer-songwriter who writes her own delicious and melodious songs.
She will release her debut album shortly after the fair. Use the record fair as a chance to meet a rising star.

Get acquainted with the digital music world

The internet has millions of songs just waiting to be downloaded to your phone, computer, etc. Unfortunately, too many people are missing out on the digital music world and are living with music experiences of poor quality. We're changing that now.
Look forward to meeting Henrik Høxbro, who will give 2 presentations on how to easily get better music experiences in the new digital world.

Get behind the speaker's facade

Music experiences also take center stage as yours truly invites you into the world of loudspeakers.
From the outside it looks like a universe of technology, but I go behind the technical facade so you can better "Understand the magic of good speakers". It's going to be fun.

Learn more about turntables

Klaus Reibke is a unique person. He produces precious turntables himself, he runs Lydbutikken in Frederiksberg and he is brilliant at introducing everyone else to the world of vinyl.
Prepare yourself for a few fun aha moments when Klaus hosts a 'Getting started with vinyl' session during the record fair.

Hang out in the café

Café Freunde is the cozy gathering point where record fair visitors meet each other between the many activities.
Look forward to delicious organic coffee, delicious sandwiches, homemade pies and raspberry shortcakes, freshly tapped draught beer and many other magical delicacies.
