You must register your product on this page
Your SA speakers or other System Audio products must be registered with System Audio no later than 6 months after your purchase
The warranty can be obtained for the products that can be selected in the form
The extra warranty can be obtained on SA speakers that have not previously been owned by another user
You inform System Audio A/S if your email address or other contact information changes during the warranty period
When you buy a System Audio product, you have a 2-year warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. System Audio offers you the option of a 7-year factory warranty, calculated from the date of purchase on your proof of purchase.
The factory warranty puts you in a better position than the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The factory warranty covers delivery to the nearest dealerand does not cover pick-up and delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes spare parts and labor. The warranty does not cover electronic circuits, wear and tear, misuse, abuse, incorrect connection, damage during transportation due to poor packaging, professional use, inadequate maintenance or if the product has been tampered with.
The warranty is only valid on presentation of proof of purchase with information about the model and serial number.
You can transfer the warranty on the SA speakers or other System Audio products on which you have a 7-year factory warranty.
System Audio must be informed of the new owner's name and email address. The transfer has only taken place when the new owner has received confirmation of this from System Audio A/S.
