But not all releases sound equally good. Some left-footed work finds its way to your eardrums. We'll let the sun shine extra bright on the Danish up-and-coming artist with the best sound.
That's why we created Højttalerfabrikkens Lydpris, which goes to the Danish up-and-coming artist who sounds the best.
That's where you and the prize come in. We need your help to find them.

However, we have 3 requirements for the artist to enter the pool:
- The artists must be Danish
- All styles are welcome. We will reward the best sound, not (necessarily) the biggest hit
- The music must be available on Spotify or Tidal

How does the competition work?

In the first two weeks of May System Audio's discerning test pilots listen to the many suggestions and find 5 artists that sound really good.
These 5 names will be nominated for the Højttalerfabrikkens Lydpris.
We'll post the music from the 5 artists here on the blog, where readers with Denmark's best ears can listen to the music and vote on the sound.
The artist with the most votes on 1 June wins the Højttalerfabrikkens Lydpris.
No money or record contracts come with the price. Instead, the winner gets a lot of attention and curious ears.
What we want you to do right now
