1. Payment
We do not charge any payment fee.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the goods are shipped.

2. Delivery
We deliver directly to an address of your choice. We do not charge shipping costs.

3. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, but when you shop with us you get a 30-day right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your goods or take physical possession of the last goods in the case of a contract for several different goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately.
If the goods consist of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you take physical possession of the last lot or part.
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by contacting support@system-audio.com or by using the standard withdrawal form. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to take delivery of the goods without giving us clear notice.

4. Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods or we can send you a return label.

If the original packaging is missing, this may constitute a loss of value, so to be sure of receiving a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging.

The return costs are expected to amount to a maximum of approximately €: 300.
The condition of the goods when you return them

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical shop, but you cannot actually use it.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as second-hand, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In the case of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of having returned them by then.

5. Right of complaint
The rules on defects in the Sale of Goods Act may apply to the purchase of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the goods. If you complain within 2 months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt of dispatch so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

7. Personal data policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
We record and share your personal data in order to deliver the product to you.
The personal data is registered with System Audio A/S and stored for five years (or 7 years?), after which the data is deleted.
The data controller of system-audio.com is Manager Allan Johansen.

As registered with System Audio A/S, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to: support@system-audio.com.

8. Right of appeal
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact support@system-audio.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution if the conditions for this are met.
