Which amplifiers are suitable for Signature?
The Signature series is compatible with almost all types of HiFi amplifiers, as long as they can deliver sufficient power and are compatible with 4-ohm speakers. This gives you great freedom to choose the amplifier that best suits your needs and style.
Signature speakers are passive and wired, which means they must be connected to an external amplifier. The series is designed to be flexible and easy to drive, so you can use them with most modern HiFi amplifiers.
Technical requirements and recommendations
Impedance: 4 ohms – suitable for all common quality HiFi amplifiers.
Sensitivity: Approx. 88-90 dB – makes them easy to drive, even with amplifiers of moderate power.Recommended amplifier power
Signature 5, 6, and 10: Up to 150 watts
Signature 40: Performs optimally with amplifiers from approx. 50 watts and up.Practical advice
Choose an amplifier that matches your room size and listening habits.
For optimal sound quality, a good quality amplifier that can deliver stable current to a 4-ohm load is recommended. You can combine Signature speakers with both classic analog amplifiers and modern digital/streaming amplifiers. -
How important are speaker cables when choosing Signature?
The choice of speaker cable affects how efficiently the signal is transmitted, and thus the sound quality. You do not need to invest in expensive high-end cables, but choose a cable of good quality, appropriate thickness, and length. This way, you get the best out of your Signature speakers.
Thickness and length matter most
For Signature speakers, which typically have an impedance of 4 ohms, it is recommended to use a cable with sufficient thickness – especially for longer cable runs. For most home setups, a 2.5 mm² copper cable is a safe choice, especially if the cable is longer than 5-10 meters.
Material and quality
Cables made of pure copper (OFC – oxygen free copper) are standard and work well. Very expensive cables rarely make a noticeable difference in ordinary systems, but avoid the cheapest, very thin cables, as they can cause loss of sound quality.
Length and placement
The longer the cable, the thicker it should be to avoid loss. Keep cables as short as possible and avoid unnecessary joints.
Connections and plugs
Make sure the cable is securely attached to both the amplifier and the speaker. You may use banana plugs for easier and more secure connection, but it is not required.

How do you put together a home theater with Signature?
1. Choose the right models for your setup
Signature consists of several models that can be combined into a complete surround system:
Front channels
Use, for example, Signature 40 (floorstanding) or Signature 10 (on-wall) as left and right front speakers.
Center channel
Signature 10 is the center speaker and can be mounted on the wall under the TV or on a shelf using the included metal stand.
Surround channels
Signature 6 or Signature 10 can be used as rear or side speakers and mounted on the wall for optimal placement.
Subwoofer
The Signature 8 subwoofer adds depth and punch to movie sound.
2. Placement and mounting
Front and center speakers are placed around the TV – the center speaker close to the screen for clear dialogue. Surround speakers are placed behind or to the side of the listening position, preferably slightly above ear level.
The subwoofer is placed where the bass sounds best in the room – often close to a wall or in a corner.
3. Connection
All Signature speakers are passive and connect to a surround receiver with speaker cables. The subwoofer connects with a dedicated subwoofer cable to the receiver’s subwoofer output.
4. Calibration and adjustment
Use the receiver’s auto-setup or room correction to adapt the sound to the room and ensure optimal balance between the channels.
Adjust the subwoofer level so the bass neither dominates nor disappears.Example of a classic 5.1 Signature home theater:
2 x Signature 40 (front)
1 x Signature 10 (center)
2 x Signature 6 (surround)
1 x Signature 8 (subwoofer)This setup gives you an immersive and powerful cinema experience at home – with the flexibility to adapt the system to your room and your needs.

Can Signature 6 be used in a music system?
Yes, absolutely!
Signature 6 is a compact and slim on-wall speaker designed for both music and home theater.
It is created for the special acoustic conditions that apply near wall surfaces and delivers rich sound and deep bass, even though it is quite small and, when viewed from the front, takes up little more space than a sheet of A4 paper.
