Why do you advice to place it in a corner?

We know that normal subwoofers should not be placed in a corner. The sound gets boomy and there’s too much interaction from the room.

This is the whole idea with Silverback Sub Solo!

Put it a corner and our room correction will take care of all room interactions.

Placed in a corner, Silverback Sub Solo work together with room acoustics and not against it.

The point is that the sound from a subwoofer is extremely accurate when it’s placed in a corner.

The number of sound reflections is at a minimum in the corner but a normal subwoofer struggle when it’s placed there.

Silverback Sub Solo IS MADE TO PLACED close to walls and corners and it benefits from the sonic precision that is only available in a corner.
What's the idea of Silverback Sub Duo?

That a bigger subwoofer is not a better subwoofer.
Two smaller subwoofers will perform better.

Bass is created in close co-operation between the acoustics of the speaker and the acoustics of the room.

If only the speaker is bigger you miss out the opportunity to optimize the speaker’s interaction with the acoustics of the room.

The bigger subwoofer will interact with the acoustics just like one smaller subwoofer.

By ADDING A SUBWOOFER (Sub Duo) not only the speaker’s performance is improved.

The subwoofers’ interaction with room acoustics is also improved creating a much better performance than a single bigger subwoofer is capable of.
