• Surround Hub has built-in Dolby Atmos and can connect up to 8 wireless speakers to create an 8-channel Dolby Atmos home theater. It also works as a music system (2.0) with the same audio quality as Stereo Hub HT, and you can add a wireless subwoofer.
• Surround Hub X differs from Surround Hub by offering DTS:X decoding in addition to Dolby Atmos.

It’s our free app (for Android and iPhone). SA Cockpit is used for setting up hubs and speakers, room correction, sound adjustments, and works as a remote control in addition to the included remote.

Our room correction (called Room Service) is part of the SA Cockpit app. It analyzes the room’s influence on the sound and adjusts the speakers’ performance so it fits perfectly to the room. The process takes less than a minute and only needs to be done once unless the speakers are moved. Room correction is a clear upgrade to the sound.

Yes, Surround Hub uses the exact same streaming technology as Stereo Hub HT and delivers the same High Resolution audio experience for two-channel music.

Choosing Surround Hub means you can enjoy wireless sound in High Resolution quality (24 bit / 96 kHz) in up to 8 channels in Dolby Atmos format for both music and movies. Surround Hub X adds DTS:X format in addition to Dolby Atmos.

The hub is smarter for two reasons:

Cables in speakers are impractical and don’t eliminate visible cables in your home. A hub can be hidden, and so can the cables.
Technological developments may create new needs and make your entire system obsolete. With a hub solution, the risk is limited to the hub.

Yes, if your amplifier has a pre-out connection. A cable from the amplifier’s pre-out to the speaker’s analog input will work with any Silverback speaker. The speaker turns on automatically when it receives a signal from the amplifier and turns off automatically after 20 minutes without sound.

Yes. Stereo Hub HT can connect to up to 16 wireless WiSA speakers in the same room as the hub. However, the speakers can only play simultaneously and cannot adjust volume independently.
