1. Payment
We do not charge payment fees. The amount will only be charged to your card once the item has been dispatched.
If several items are ordered in one order and one or more items cannot be delivered immediately, payment will only be charged for that/those item(s) once they are dispatched.
Payment can be made using the following payment methods: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Klarna, Mastercard, Maestro, MobilePay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
For card payments – except Dankort – the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with your card’s terms until we withdraw or reject the payment.
2. Delivery
We deliver directly to an address of your choice. We do not charge shipping costs.
3. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, but when you shop with us, you get a 30-day right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item, or the last item in your physical possession when it concerns an agreement for several different goods ordered in one order and delivered separately.
If the item consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
Standard withdrawal form
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The notification must be sent via email to support@system-audio.com.
In your notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without at the same time clearly notifying us.

4. Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery, unless we provide you with a return label.
Lack of original packaging may reduce the value of the item, so to ensure a full refund, it is recommended to return the item in its original packaging.
Return costs are expected to amount to a maximum of approx. DKK 300.
Condition of the item when returned
You are only liable for any reduction in the item’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you may try the product as you would in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid back. In the event of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the refund.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except extra costs incurred by choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received your notification of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it.

5. Right of Complaint
The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s defect rules apply to purchases.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation. The complaint must be justified, and the defect must not be due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and you must obtain a receipt for shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

6. 7-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

7. Privacy Policy
To enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We register and disclose your personal data only to deliver the product to you.
Personal data is registered with System Audio A/S and stored for five years (or seven years?), after which it is deleted.
The data controller on system-audio.com is Manager Allan Johansen.
As a registered customer with System Audio A/S, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights follow from the Data Protection Act, and inquiries regarding this should be directed to support@system-audio.com.
8. Right of Appeal
If you wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact support@system-audio.com. If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, provided that the conditions are met.
You can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
To complain, the item or service must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. A fee is required to have the complaint processed.
If you live in Denmark and have purchased from a seller outside Denmark but within the EU, Norway, Iceland, or the United Kingdom, you can complain to Forbruger Europa here.
If you live in another EU country, Norway, or Iceland, you can contact the European Consumer Centre in your country.
